I'm so pleased to discover RunCore Fitness during lockdown. Great quality fun workouts, happy group, with the focus on becoming a better runner. I really enjoy the core blast workouts, a powerful workout over in 45 minutes. Always a brilliant soundtrack and always extra helpful instruction and information from Paul. I've booked in for a virtual PT and I cannot wait to increase my fitness and lose some covid pounds!

The classes are varied and fun, you'll not get bored. There is a super relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Paul is great, really encouraging - especially in those hard last few minutes of class when you just want to give up. Results have been fantastic - even from just a weekly class. Would highly recommend for any level - instructions as to the different way you can do each exercise are always given. I really look forwards to my weekly class :)

I’ve been doing Paul’s core workouts once a week for the past few months and for the very first time in my life, I have abs!!! The focus on core work has made a massive difference to my mid section and the workouts are always fun and relaxed. Paul is very professional and super encouraging offering modifications and advanced options for those that want them and he always has great music in his classes! I would recommend anyone to give his workouts a go.

Paul's classes have allowed me to focus on strength work. As a runner I was keen to get stronger and faster, and I always struggle with knowing the correct exercises to do to build on this. His classes are fun (I've done both online and outdoor ones) and I always feel like I've had a hard but fantastic work out afterwards- trying exercises that I have not seen or done before. I'm already starting to see the results in my 5k and 10k times!
