Making Fitness Fun
As a professional Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. Target race coming up, i will design your programme to help you reach your potential.

You can have a single taster session, to find out how i can help you reach your goals, or various monthly, 5 or 10 session bundles are available. Price varies depending on the length of the sessions, so please enquire within. Got that target race, and want to get a new personal best time, i will tailor a personal programme for you incorporating some 1-2-1 sessions. I help runners run faster than they have ever before from middle distance 800metre runners, all the way up to and the including marathon and 50km races.  

I will be fully dedicated to helping you reach your potential.  Your receive nutritional guidance and I'll be in constant contact with you, if you have any questions or queries about any aspect of your program.  If you sign up one of our monthly or bundle personal training sessions, you will also be able to join me at any of my online or outdoor Fitness classes.
