My Story


I have had a love for running most of my life, from being in the relay team in primary school, then the cross country team in secondary school.  I have always been active and keen on everything running related. 

I always dreamed of running a marathon one day and when Brighton got its own in 2010, I enetered and finished in a pleasing 3 hours and 28 minutes.  I am now a 7 times marathoner with a personal best of 2 hours 47minutes.
​I have more recently re found my love for the shorter distances and as a Masters Athlete I have represented Great Britain at World and European Masters competitions on the  track.  
​RunCore Fitness helps you reach your running potential, whether that be running your first 5k or marathon.  Or getting that new personal best time.  If your looking to get a sub 3 hour marathon, or a sub 60 minutes 10k, I am here to help.
I can give you a personal training programme with full support and advice to get you to your goals. There is a range of packages available which will be tailored around you.
I live in Brighton where we have a range of parks and running areas on our doorstep, and as a level 3 Personal Trainer working independently outdoors, i will strive to get you stronger fitter and faster than ever before.
